Getting Started

Why use us instead of ChatGPT?

ChatGPT has a privacy policy that is not acceptable for enterprises and sensitive SMBs. Internal monitoring tools mean your sensitive customer data can be seen by internal employees at OpenAI. OpenAI cannot work with sensitive information for this reason like privileged information, PII, classified information, or certain financial information that requires a degree of privacy. We do not send your data to third parties and we cannot see your data.

How do you keep our data safe?

Your data is safe through a combination of encryption at rest and in transit as well as a BAA with AWS and a promise that we will never use your data with third parties the way OpenAI does. You are the only one who can see your data. If you wish to deploy on premise we will of course do that for you.

What happens when I delete my data?

When you delete your data it is gone. No third parties have it. Others cannot recover it.

The Future

Where is this all headed?

We imagine ourselves as an early version of the new operating system for the internet. In the not too distant future people will not use traditional computers nearly as much as they use AI. Modalities such as vision, audio, text, speech, and robotics on demand will be an everyday normal aspect of life. Just like tractors don't own farms today but they made farmers more productive, we don't imagine AI's will take over jobs, but instead will make people far more productive, freeing large parts of the economy for easier jobs of the future.
